This year's theme is "Best of the West", with Guest Chefs including James Walt and Lorna Murdoch.
Locavore Lunches February 1, 2012 until February 3, 2012
9 Cobourg Street, Stratford, 11:30 am, last seating at noon (no more waiting, you will place your order and service will commence) The menus will be based on local products as much as possible and will be driven by the students, which is a real departure form the past.
Menus will not be available in advance.Both the students and instructors are very excited about the new direction for lunches this year.
