Chef School Dinner Series (Best of the West Guest Chefs)

January 30, 2012 until February 3, 2012
151 Albert Street, Stratford, 6:30 pm - 9 pm

All dinners are prepared and served by our student apprentices under the capable guidance of our excellent chef instructors.In this series, celebrated chefs are invited to the School to share their skills and inspiration

This year's theme is "Best of the West", with Guest Chefs including James Walt and Lorna Murdoch.


Locavore Lunches

February 1, 2012 until February 3, 2012
9 Cobourg Street, Stratford, 11:30 am, last seating at noon (no more waiting, you will place your order and service will commence)

The menus will be based on local products as much as possible and will be driven by the students, which is a real departure form the past.

 Menus will not be available in advance.Both the students and instructors are very excited about the new direction for lunches this year.

artisans, Perth County businesses, organizations
and those who support and appreciate the arts,
dedicated to raise awareness and show the diversity
of the arts, culture and heritage in the County.

What we do:

  • increase public awareness of artists, their works and their activities
  • encourage the display, presentation and performance of their works
  • ensure that the creative process is considered an important part of the social and economic life of Perth County
  • promote artistic growth and provide opportunities for both individuals and organizations of the arts in Perth County
